VIVE LA france!

There are those who hate them and those who love them madly (as you may have guessed, I belong to the latter category J), but as of late, the French have begun a truly global cultural invasion.

In addition to the world of haute couture and novelle cuisine that have reigned over France literally for decades, a corner of authority in education is now taking form with solutions that help moms solve daily issues both large and small. French mothers were already a step ahead with proper etiquette (children who eat politely in restaurants, never interrupt their parents while they are talking, refrain from shouting in the street, at the park, or at home, etc.…), but now that they’ve put everything in black and white – they really mean business. Oh yes, they are now publishing books with titles like ‘French Kids Eat Everything’, or ‘Bringing up bebè‘.

At the moment, I’m caught up reading the bestseller ‘The French Do Not Get Fat’ by Mireille Guiliano (a title that reveals a universally known truth that we can all envy!), but I’m sure I will soon conquer the latest publishing about the world of babies!
